I saw the idea and thought it was sooo cute. Very easy too. I used a .94 bandana for the circle skirt.

Now that is cute! Can you get little cowboy boots for little people? I can just see a little girl with that on and her cowboy boots, red ones.

Yep, you can get them. Also wouldn't it be cute with hawaiin fabric with flip flops or black & white cow fabric with a cow or on & on.

Ideas are endless.
