You're asking an impossible question. Whatever machine each of us owns that does embroidery, probably embroiders denim best for 'US'.

I've seen Bernina, Janome, Babylock, Viking/Husquvarna, Pfaff and Kenmore (Janome) all do great jobs on denim. So picking a machine that does a job 'best' for you will take some time, some denim and lots of test drives at dealers.

Although almost all machines will do a great job on Denium (dream fabric for embroidery), all machines have different options, different size hoops, and the stitch quality is different. I can't say that one is better than the other, but they each sew a little differently and if you know the machines well enough, you can look at the embroidery and tell what kind of machine did it. You just need to test the machines and pick the one YOU like the best!!!! Be sure and take your denium pieces with you so you can compare equally. Take a sharpie and mark the swatch so you can compare and remember later also, take a pad to make notes about the machines, options and hoop sizes, sizes of memory, etc. It is easiest if you make charts to compare them. It is also a good idea after you have visited all your sites, to go back a second time. Some dealers will emphasize certain things on their machines that other machines may have but the dealer won't mention. So, once you have your list, compare a second time. Remember, these guys are like car salesmen...and they are good...don't let them push you into a higher model or even a brand until you are ready...besides, most will deal if you play your cards right. I ended up with all kinds of perks because I played the dealers when I first bought my high end machines.
