Hi, we now have a grandson. My husband & I drove up the day she was delivering & saw Connor Brandon Pallott 4 hours old. It was great. Mom & Dad are doing good. We only stayed for 3 days. I will be going up in couple weeks to help my daughter & grandson. The dad hasn't taken off for 3 weeks. Tamara felt it was important that the dad bonded with new 1st child. Which I agree. I kinda was thinking I would be up there for awhile. Oh well as the kids these days say. I am still excited. I do have a question on the cart cover pattern I made it did not have a strip between the legs. It was a simplicity pattern. I notice now that most of the ones I see at the stores have a strip between the legs. Should I make a stripe? Thanks for all the suggestions eariler. I will still be checking the web page. Happy Thanksgiving early. Valerie |

Well, I posted but don't know what happened to it. anyway... Congratulations Grandma!!! Grandkids are great! Most of the cart covers I've seen have the strip up the middle in the front but don't know if it's really necessary. I haven't made any or used them. Sorry, I know that isn't any help but I wanted to congratulate you on the new baby! I know I certainly get a kick out of my 3 grandkids-in fact the youngest one is also Connor altho his middle name is James. Enjoy that new baby! Lyn

Oh how wonderful for you, a baby grandson!! I love having grandchildren, and babies are so totally adorable, especially when they are yours! Have a great time with your daughter.
