I found this and thought it would be the perfect gift for someone who loves to sew or quilt!
There is also one for a teacher~ would be a nice gift as well!
I hope someone makes one!

MGF, this is a neat idea. I used to be a teacher (many moons ago) and would often get chocolates and soaps and writing paper...lots of each. Something like this...I would have loved to get. I was thinking about the miniature book idea. You could go to the Chapters or Amazon web-sites and save some pictures of actual kids books (for the teacher) or sewing, serger, embroidery books (for the sewer). Then print them out on card stock and make your own miniature books to put on the ornaments.

I just might use this idea to give as a hostess gift for my cousin...I usually go to her house on Xmas day.

Oh that is a great idea!!
The little spools of thread you can get at the dollar store, buttons you should have, maybe even an extra measureing tape too!
This can be put together really cheaply!
Thanks for checking it out!

That tape is printed ribbon. (I think that would be cheaper than cutting up a tape...not sure.) I've seen it in sewing stores and Wal Mart in the fabric section. It is sold by the yard.
