OK, I've sewn together my panels and encased my elastic waistband. My problem deals with how to hem it. I've read the manual a couple of times and can't figure it out. I'm not going to overcast the edge since I don't believe it will fray. My practice piece is for next year's Halloween outfit so it's not going to get alot of wear (it's a red Minnie Mouse skirt). I figured why waste my time sewing on scraps when this way I can practice my straight stitches and try out the blind hem stitch and possible satin stitch to sew on the white dots. Do I need to make a .7cm fold from the bottom of the skirt and enclose that in the blind hem stitch? I'm kind of lost how the manual explains it since the pics don't match up. The material has a tiny bit of stretch - is there a better way to hem this than with a blind hem stitch? Thanks for any kind of help!
- Maureen.

Hi mozeryn. There was a post in the General Sewing thread about a blind hem attachment. Pam gave some good explanation and there was a link to a website that had pictures. Check out that post. Here is the link. http://sew-whats-new.com/vb/showthread.php?p=137831#post137831 Good Luck TTFN from
