Hi,
I wasn't sure where to introduce myself so I'll do it here. My name is Kim. I am from CT. I've been sewing since I was about 9 yrs old. I enjoy sewing, beading and crafts. I'd love to fit in time to learn how to knit but we all know how life just gets us soo busy. I have a serious addiction to fabric. I can't seem to stop buying it. lol It's nice to meet everyone here. :)

Hi Kimmyboo, welcome to Sew Whats New. My name is Judy and I am a fabric-aholic. I have been addicted since I started quilting approximately 3 years ago. You'll find that most of us here have the same addiction...so you will fit right in with the rest of us.

It was a great birthday thank you all !!!!!!!

The restaurant hostess (I told her it was my birthday) guessed my age to be 36...she wasn't joking either...I made her tell me why. My husband gave me roses...my friend Melanie gave me a gift...my sister called and is doing good.
and....I got some pics of my soldier friend (in the sandy place) WHAT a cutie !!! If only I WERE 36 and not 51....(and not married for as long as my friend is old...(now THAT makes me feel old)...
Yay me !!!!!!!!! :bg: :bg:

My name is Cookie, and I'm a recent fabricholic, and proud of it! LOL When I started learning how to sew again last year I had no idea how addicting it would be to start buying fabric (no one posted any warning signs! :re: ). You will really like being part of this great site as it has so much to offer, and everyone here is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge and experience. Hope you will enjoy your time here!

Happy belated birthday Chrys, glad to hear it was so wonderful! :bg:

And we KNOW where all the best fabric is to be had online....watch out ! :bolt: :bg:

WARNING: fabric is hazardous to your living conditions. You will STOP having room to live, when you start stashing fabric.!!!
Plastic bins will become a way of life.
Your husband will stop complaining about fabric,if you learn how to hide it in plain sight, he will never notice. !!!
