The site will be down for short periods of time on Sunday.

Category: Network Upgrades
Date: Sunday December 11, 2005
Time: 11:00 AM - to - 2:00 PM pacific time (GMT -8)

The planned upgrades will significantly improve network performance
and at the same time create additional layers of redundancy and
reliability throughout the entire network.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or impact this
maintenance may cause you or your clients. Although the maintenance
window encompasses several hours we do not anticipate any individual
downtime to exceed a few minutes.

FYI- I've been having problems connecting to SWN forums for the past 2-3 days. Kept getting "Cannot find page" message - especially bad Friday evening around 6:00 pm. First time I've had this problems since last spring or so when the site was having problems.

So no inconvenience for me....anything that will ensure that SWN keeps going is OK with me!!!!

Lions, and Tigers and Bears OH MY!!!!!! Keep up the good work Mary  I don't mind the little bump in the road. If it's for the good of the site. That's 1PM to 4PM my time which will be the time i'm going to get more of my stash out of storage tomorrow anyway.
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

ROFL Chrys, We have to be creative right? If we can't play on the puter we might as well do something creative like SHOP!!!!! I think I'll stop on the way home from the storage place and pick up some notions, my hubby put the shelves up in the closet in preperation for the coming home party (my fabric coming home party) ROFL. With the money I'm spending on the storage place I could have threw away my stash and bought all new!!!!!!! NOTTTTTT

Mary...do you actually mean there is a place that does not have Sunday shopping!!! My deepest sypmathies if that is the case. :bluesad: Here the major stores are open every weekday evening til 9:00 p.m and on Sundays most are open by 11:00 a.m. Some are even open by 8:00 or 9:00 a.m.

WE also get extra shopping days...like for Boxing Day...Québec stores are open at noon on the 26th but Ontario stores are closed until the 27th. So we shoppers usually go to the boxing day sales in Qué on the 26th and in Ont on the 27th. Easter is another one. Good Friday the stores are open in Qué and closed in Ont. But Easter Monday it is the reverse. So I get to go shopping all 4 days. :bg:

Once apon a time here in the states, WE couldn't shop on sundays either, or anything else...church and home was about it. Then back in the 60's things changed in most places. 2 yrs ago here in FL they allowed people to buy booze and cars on sunday now. (whoop de do....more drunks on the road)
