We got carolers tonight in front of the house, they come every year, this year it was so cold and windy, I felt bad for them, but didn't have enough hot chocolate in the house for them all. Next year I am going to get a supply of disposable cups and hot chocolate and be ready for them. They did our whole street and sang 4 carols for us. It was really nice.

how nice, would love to see that.

That is a lot of carollers! We normally get 2 teenage boys who do one chorous of "Jingle bells",one of "We wish you a merry Christmas" and then hold their hands out! Last year I asked them if they would sing something about Jesus and they were stumped. My reply was "Lucked out boys," and shut the door.

We've gone a few times when we lived back East, it was great fun. It's really nice standing out on your deck, being seranaded by all those carolers, makes you feel kind of special.

I can see why you have carollers...no snow!!! If they went around singing here, they'd have their scarves wrapped around so tight no one would hear their singing....and they'd be up to their knees in the snowbanks....:bg:
