I just got the brochure for the Lower Mainland BC Sewing and Crafts Show.
It will be held in Abbotsford, at the Tradex, March 17,18 2006. Tickets and show information is at Sewing Craft Show (http://www.sewingandcraftsshow.com). The site is currently under construction, but there is a number to call 1-888-245-6777. I've already circled about 6 classes I'd like to try, just have to find out if I can get time off to go that weekend.

Thanks for the info, Laura. I just may be able to make it to one of them. We are having a big one here in PG in Feb. I haven't decided whether to take in any seminars or not as quite a few are the same as 2 years ago. I would love to go to one of the Washington State fairs, but they sound very large. Have you been to either one? I was wondering if one could rent schooters at big fairs. I find the concrete floors and lack of frequent seating areas are killers on my back and feet, yet I hate to miss anything.

Nancy, I don't know if they have them at the Tradex, it gets so jam packed with people and booths, there's barely room to walk sometimes. I will check with the Tradex though, it is wheelchair accessible, so they may have them somewhere.
