that's a lot of quilts! I think I would be feeling claustrophobic. Tony would be twitching uncontrollably in a corner longing for his minimalist room ( a chair, a plasma screen TV , a stereo + DVD player)
love and kisses, Jan

I agree with you Jan, I'd be trying to keep DH from using them for his pillow, I gave up having nice pillows or quilts in the living room, he's a welder, and they get all gucky from the dust in his hair. And Yes, I try to make him shower before he decides to crash on the couch, but it doesn't alway work

I wish I had her sewing room. Jan, Raymond hate for me to make my bed. I fold his and my quilt and hang them on a quilt rack and put the comforter on the bed during the day. He's so lazy when he goes to bed it hates unmaking the bed and putting the quilts on. Then I messed up all up I added throw pillows to the bed and now he's squawkin about that. I have just a three little words for him "Get over it" GGGGGGGGG I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

Susie, I had to laugh at your post. Same thing happened here years ago. Guess what ? He got over it. He even places them real nice where they belong if he goes to bed before I do. Now, if I could only train him to put his dishes in the dishwasher instead of the sink. I'm working on it. |

Beach I've gained great strides with this man since I married him. Use to he'd just leave his plate and glass on the kitchen table when he finished eating, I think he thought we had a maid. So I'm thankful he now gets them to the sink. Even the grandkids put their plates in the sink. Now if I could just get them to put their glasses in the sink. They think they are going to go back and finish their last little bit of the drink and it always winds up thrown out. Most of the time they come back several hours later looking for a drink that has been tossed long ago. "Awwww that was my drink you didn't throw it out did you" Well yes it's been sitting there ice melted and watered down, what did you think?

Well, if we continue trying to teach them " maybe " we'll end up with Stepford husbands. Nah, I wouldn't care for that. We love em flaws & all just as they do us. It all works out somehow. |

My hubby today was so nice I was wondering when the shoe was going to drop. He wants a tractor so bad, I think he's trying to snuggle up so I won't say anything when he brings one home. Thing is I could care less if he buys one, I'll keep him out from under my feet when he's home. gggggggggg I've been married so long Beach to this man if he would change I would think something was up. ggggggggg I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.
