Are't those CUTE? I haven't seen them in the usual pattern catalogs. I did find a "fake one" Simplicity 4378. It does have optional ribbons in the back but it doesn't actually wrap. My daughter has been after me to make one for her about a year.

When I was sewing scrub tops all the time and wanted a new pattern, I didn't limit myself to "scrub" patterns. Check out the blouse patterns-look for a simple one in the style you like and sew it up, add some pockets and you have a scrub top!

I found a New Look 6521 pattern for a wrap top, but I think it's for knits. I would think you'd be able to modify it by also using a woven scrubs top pattern.
