I just received an order I had placed three weeks ago from a company in Calgary, and they got part of the order wrong. I am so frustrated I could scream. I just send off an email to them telling them I was very unhappy with them. I have been waiting and waiting for these items so I could finish off the jacket and now I have the wrong items which are not going to work, so now I'm back to the beginning, having to search for two zippers for the underarms. I"d like to jump up and down and yell right now. If they didn't have the correct item, then why send something else without letting me know. They didn't even fill the order for over two weeks! I could have been looking in other places. I think I am going to go jump up and down for a while.

I actually got a very nice phone call and an email from them today apologizing profusely and asking if they could send me out free of charge the two zippers I required. They also mentioned that Canada Post had 'lost' their account and they were unable to ship anything, as that is their shipper. As I had found what I wanted today in a great fabric store in Mission, BC. I told her thanks but I found what I wanted, and not to worry about sending out the new zippers. I know I'll eventually use the ones they sent. Dede, I'll PM you the name as my previous order from them was quite acceptable, even though it was just a pattern, but still the shipping time was slow.
