Hello everyone, I am a mixed media artist and am thinking about making "Vintage" looking, primitive-like dolls for sale. Do any of you do this ? or know anyone who does ? Is there a decent market for them.....even just online ? I am not looking to get rich...but a decent living wld. be nice. Just at the research stage, Amazing46 |

Oh, use tea stained fabrics, paint simple faces, not elaborate designs like on some porcelains. You know, kind of like the ole' sock monkeys. Altho' that's not what i meant, but just somnething simple that looks like you've had it a million years. Because not everyone can afford antiques, and are buying (I hope ) repos of art and such. There is a group of such crafters, but I haven't been able to get anyone ther to answer my questions...yet. That's why I posted it here. It's called Crow's soup.com designergrl |
