Hello everyone,

I am a mixed media artist and am thinking about making "Vintage" looking, primitive-like dolls for sale. Do any of you do this ? or know anyone who does ? Is there a decent market for them.....even just online ? I am not looking to get rich...but a decent living wld. be nice.

Just at the research stage,

Oh, use tea stained fabrics, paint simple faces, not elaborate designs like on some porcelains. You know, kind of like the ole' sock monkeys. Altho' that's not what i meant, but just somnething simple that looks like you've had it a million years. Because not everyone can afford antiques, and are buying (I hope ) repos of art and such.

There is a group of such crafters, but I haven't been able to get anyone ther to answer my questions...yet. That's why I posted it here.
It's called Crow's soup.com
