Our newspaper has one daily.. My son and grandson do them most every day.. I'll stick to my crosswords, they are more fun.. The Sudoku are nerve wracking to me.. Of course the paper , when it gave the rules left out the part about all the groups had to be unique.in all the different ways.. That was the part that is hard for me..and DS says you have to do it that way or you would be cheating.. I made a set of blocks and penciled the numbers in , but took too much time.. So, I went back to doing my crossword in pen.. Much easier..

i must confess i am an ADDICT :nervous: there is no math involved at all, no different than putting letters in a square in crosswords, actually i find it easy as i do not have to spell, just figure out what number is not there.

I prefer Chicken Invaders at the moment. Doing something like Sudoku seems too much like work for me! Crosswords are more my style.

It is a hilarious game off of games.yahoo.com. Everyone at work plays it now, its like an old arcade game Space Invaders, where you have to shoot the aliens (chickens) they shoot back (drop eggs) and you get points for how many you shoot, then you get bonuses (presents) and get bigger and faster ammunition, then you can shoot asteroids and the big chickens. Once you kill the big chicken, you get to go to the next level. I've made it to level 4 once before getting killed off.

Hello,

we have it also in several german newspapers and I like it very much! It gives me back the joy, I had in my math lessons.

But my husband and all 3 kids are not interested (where did my genes go?), they do not understand that passion, :nc:

Lets keep our brain busy!
