I upgraded to the Elna 945 serger and would like to sell my my 744. It has been used very gently and was serviced shortly before I got the 945. It is next to TOL, it does cover stitch, and is very easy to thread. I was going to keep it as a second machine, but I can't reallly justify keeping it. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks!

Christine,

How much are you asking for your serger?

I am located in US in Buxton, ME 04093

As far as price, $450 US plus shipping. It is fairly light weight and doesn't look like it would be considered over-sized. It's a nicely featured serger, with auto tension and coverstitch. It's easy to set it for each type stitches because all the settings for a specific stitch are shown on the front of the serger.

Hi, It seems like a good price and I know they are terrific machines but I had hoped you might be in Canada. Getting a thing like that over the border represents too much of a hassle for me. However, I thank you for the prompt reply and wish you luck selling it. I think it will go quickly if all the good things I have heard about this machine are true.

I have sold the serger to a wonderful woman I met here. We found out we lived in the same city, almost the same street while growing up. What a small world! Christine
