Hi cropp and welcome. Have you searched thru the Big Four pattern companies. I think I would start there.

You could get a swimsuit pattern that has a boycut bottom similar to this one: http://www.mccallpattern.com/item/M8813.htm photos.yahoo.com/greendragondesigns

"Name that thong!" Jessica, you always give me a giggle. Good luck in your search for briefs, cropp... Jalie also has some great underwear / sportswear that could be used for that purpose (stylish, too - which cheerleaders are sure to care about)! You can go to their site (http://www.jalie.com/) to browse their selection. Kwik Sew also has good underwear / activewear patterns and great instructions. You can check their site (http://www.kwiksew.com/) out and try to find a LFS who carries them. see the mundane life of a housewife.

I have two granddaughters that cheer, one is a high school and past junior high school and the other does it competitively; and they both wear covers over their panties that are very expensive but when I made a junior cheerleader outfit I used a halloween costume pattern and it came with the pantie cover. It was simple. Good luck |

Iwould look at kwik sew patterns too. I use them to make my swimwear and have made panties too but not boy style but I would be surprised if they didn't have a pattern Good luck Skye |
