I just wanted to thank Mary (& the other ladies/gents) who work on Sew-What's-New for this wonderful website! I think it's great that new & advanced sewers can ask/receive all kinds of advice (and sometimes moral support)!! Even though I have ALOT to learn & have asked some really basic questions, everyone has always been very helpful. Thanks again Mary for this great website!! :bg:

I have been here a long time now and I still think it's the best place on the web. Friendly, non-competitive, always a bunch of ladies willing to give good, practical advice. Thanks Mary for all the hard work you do in keeping this a warm and friendly place to be.

I'm with the rest of you! I love this website and thoroughly enjoy all the ladies and gents here. It's an encouraging, fun, knowledgable group and I am totally addicted to you all. It's really made sewing fun again for me, and I've tried some things I would have never done alone! Thanks Mary for this great site.

I really enjoy the sewing. So many of the boards I go to are more about embroidery. Sewing will always be my first love. Thank you, Mary.

Actually Patsy, I think we are competative - but in the good sense. That we "...spur one another on to love and good deeds". There are a lot of very generous people on this site who give of their time and love freely to others without blowing their own trumpet.
When we have competitions we all do our best and I have never heard a gripe about "mine was better than theirs" just warm hearted congratualtions and well wishing. Be proud people - you also make this site what it is.

I do endorse all the sentiments expressed by the others about this site.
I do not post often but I try to visit the site for a little while each day and I state truthfully that I learn something new each day.
Thank you Mary and everyone for all the sharing.
