Has anyone ever bought this thread before and are you happy with the quality? I finally figured out what was wrong with my pe-150. It was the cheap thread I was using. I found this, it seems to have good prices. Anyone know of them? http://www.threadart.com/Thread/rayon_thread_1000m.asp Thanks, Christina |

I have not used it personally. They bulk buy their thread and it sounds like they just buy from the best priced vendor at the time. I've heard that some people are very satisfied with it, but many of those people do not like the black thread. Often, black thread is the culprit for many companies because of the overdying of the thread. However, I've heard from many people that they couldn't use Thread Art at all and that they had to send it back. It sounds to me like it is just a roll of the dice as to whether you'll do well with it or not. I've also heard that it does a little better in some brands of machines than other. Some people who have more than one brand of machine have said that they can use it in one brand of machine but not another. Hopefully, someone who has had luck with it will be able to tell you in which brands it does well.

I bought the 80 spool rayon kit, and I've been very happy with it. Even the black is strong. They have a feedback rating of over 13,000, with only 1 negative in all that. I think they will replace your thread or refund your money if you don't like it. Oh, and I've used it in my PE150 and my Ellageo. photos.yahoo.com/greendragondesigns
