I received this from another source - I know nothing of the validity or usefulness but didn't want to pass it by either.

There is a sewing/quilting wholesale house that is closing down. Until
probably the end of the month
they have thrown their doors open to the public as well. The most expensive
fabric I have seen there is $6 a yard! If you quilt they have hundreds of
quilting books at 1/2 cover price. There are just tons of stuff in there
just ripe for the picking. They are open every day except for today due to
the superbowl.
