Congratulations to all you Steeler fans. I didn't know who was playing until tonight when I got home from bringing the girls home (all day affair) and my husband was watching the game. My daugther in law was pulling for the Sea Hawks. Her Uncle lives in Washington and she recently visited them so that's why she was pulling for them. WHaaaaaaOOOOOOOOO Go Pittsburg!!!!!
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

Guess Seattle forgot to get on the plane to Detroit Oh well there's always next time, or not. Sure will be a loooooonnnnnnng drive home tonight to PA, THRU OHIO, the roads are one BIG mess, lake affect snow is hitting us for the next 18-25 hours. And the Turnpike from Toledo to PA is getting hit the whole way with it. I-90 east to Erie is getting hit harder. I hope that all the HAPPY PEOPLE from PA make is home safe and sound so they can keep celebrating. Me, I'm just waiting for NASCAR to start in 14 days!!!!!!!!!! |

I'm with you SewHappy...I really like NASCAR...guess it is the speed thing! I love football..I was raised in Texas..I have to like football, but was hoping Seattle would come through. Always like to see the underdog win!! The problem with professional sports is that they are going on so long...Football started in August, Basketball will go until almost the end of the year, professional baseball is just boring in MHO. I love almost all college and high school sports..the kids really play their hearts out. Watch the College World Series every year, used to go to it when I lived in Omaha...now that is playing ball. The professional players don't really put their all into it...might get hurt! Sue |

Bren went down to Daytona for the races. She left Saturday. I'm not into Nascar or football. I do like to go to the car shows with my husband. He has a 1930 Ford that he street rodded and it's beautiful!!!!!! Right now his baby is about 70 miles away in my sons shop he rented after the storm but it's safe along with my machines...............we knew what was important in our lives I hope Pittsburg fans didn't celebrate too much last night. I bet there was a lot of absentee's at work this morning in the area. I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.
