I have a piece of material with an Egyptian pattern. I need more of it; but how do I go about finding more when there is no identifying information on the salvage and I don't know where it came from?

Does anyone know of a web site that can find it, based on an picture I could post?

I suppose the other option is to go to fabric stores and let them do the footwork.

Posting a pic of it may work, when you figure that we are from all over Canada, USA, Australia, UK and other parts of the world! Best of luck in finding it!

There is a web site for finding "lost" fabrics. I don't know where it is or how it works but I know it is out there. Google might help -- or someone else here may know -- that's probably how I stumbled on it.
Good luck

Thanks for the links.

I was going to try and post a pic but there doesn't seem to be a way to post a jpg here. I search and found instructions for posteing to a website only. Otherwise I would.
