My 9 yo dd wanted a purse/lunch sack that wasn't girly. She is a huge tomboy, and a big west coast choppers fan--thus the Maltese Cross. This is what we came up with: front http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v338/PrincessJenny/frontofsunnyspurse.jpg back http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v338/PrincessJenny/backofsunnyspurse.jpg Oh, and I made the purse from reconstructed jeans I purchased at the thrift store, using my embroidery machine and free designs from the internet to adorn the pockets. Jen your purse looks real good. I like the touch with the dogs; i have eight myself. They are small, but are a whole lot of work. |
