Has anyone had trouble with BFC-Creations having file errors in their designs ??? (no matter what the size....)

I purchased the watercolor irises and the orchids, and I didn't have a problem with either set.

| I buy quite a few designs from BfC and have been very pleased with them and their service-- they are no longer dealing with PCS format and another format which I can't recall. Perhaps they can assist or advise re any problems you are having? |

well it wasn't me or BFC...it was my NEW BuzzXplore update...seems it can only be used on Admin accts now. (instead of ALL the computer accts.) so it was making a mess of ALL my designs....it's now been fixed and I told Suz at BFC what the problem was, so she can warn others.... I love my computer...
