Help, have new janome, monogram,emboridery,sewing machine. First time it monogrammed great. now cant get it to monogrammed properly. The bottom of the monogram looks great. I adjusted the tension on the needle and just cant get it to work right. I set it on all the settings, still nothing...Can anyone help me please...Im new to it all....Thanks
