If anyone can help, please post here. How do you actually get the machine to sew the material. I have tried the slinky needle, switched threads, used a tissue under the fabric. NOTHING works. The skirt is cut and sitting there for quite a few months now. Thanks for any help.. MaryW

Walking Foot and Sandra Betzina's Fabric Savvy. Follow all her instructions and it will sew together beautifully.

Mary you have the machine that will handle slinky fabrics better than any other. Be sure to engage your walking foot and use a straight stitch throat plate if you have one. You should have absolutely no trouble.

Gina, I love your photoalbum!! The commentary is great!! I have the same problem with my camera and I also find that this keyboard sure is a lousy speller at times as well.
