Hi all! I would like to make a memory quilt for my step-daughter for her birthday. I plan on using a couple of her wedding pics and then pics of both the kids from when they were babies to current. I can picture in my mind how I want it to look but I am not sure where to start with it. Any ideas or suggestions? Any idea where I could get a pattern for one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks and happy quilting!!!
If I had known that grandchildren were so much fun, I would have had them first!!

Mariellen,

I made one for my daughter on their third anniversary. Here is a picture of it.

I just used an attic window pattern to make the windows.

Your DD will love it.
Happy sewing/quilting/crafting

Hi Liz,

Your wedding quilt is gorgeous!!! I'll bet your daughter was thrilled with it. The attic square looks like what I was looking for...and it doesn't look too complicated. I just finished my first quilting class and have made 1 Trip Around the World quilt and that is it. Thanks for the information and again, that quilt is beautiful!!!
