The latest Sew-Whats-New friendship: Lucky us, Toadusew and I are neighbors! She moved to my area recently, and she's staying right in my very own town, just minutes from me. We got together yesterday for a chat and a cup of tea. Let's send her some very lucky real estate vibes now, so she can find a good home and finally get settled!

Andrea, that is wonderful news........I met some of my best friends here and in a chatroom and one of my chatroom friends lives near me......so much fun!Where in Virginia do you live? My daughter used to live in Fredericksburg but now lives in Spain so I don't get to visit that area anymore but it is beautiful, as is all of Virginia. Good luck to Toadusew.......will keep my fingers crossed that she finds a lovely place to live. Sharon |

Andrea you and Toadusew will have lots of things to chat about in person. When Bren and I got together you couldn't shut us both up. Hope you find something soon Toad, I'm rooting for you.
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

Awww, Thanks everybody! Andrea and I had a great time when we got together. Andrea is just as lovely in person as she is here on the boards. And what fun to have somebody here who shares my interest--sewing! You can't beat that!  Hubby and I are still house hunting and in this area, that's a bit of a challenge, but yesterday was more promising. We found some possibilities, but those homes are a bit further away from my mom than I'd like, but finding something in our price range near my mom may not be easy. However, we'll find something soon--thanks Bren--keep those thoughts coming!  Thanks, Susie! All of you are just great! Just think, if it weren't for this forum, Andrea and I probably would have never met in person! So, I think it's time to say another hearty thanks to Mary. Here goes: Thank you, Mary!!! |
