I'm off for a week in the North Carolina sun and may not be around.
I did just get a wireless computer so I hope to find a hot spot to check in and make sure Jan and Susie are behaving themselves!
My husband just told me there isn't room in the Mini Cooper for my sewing machine
Maybe I'll finally finish that bit of cross stitch I've been working on and also finish reading the The Three Musketeers.
I haven't had a real vacation in about three years and I plan to have FUN

I hope the weather gets better before she gets here.. Ever since the first day of spring here, its been cold... More cold weather than we had all winter long.. Sometimes March is bad here.. But the temperature is ok during the day.. Past 2 nights have been below freezing, can you believe that ?? I want real spring to get here.. Now ! ! Coastal area should be better though, and that is where she is headed first..

Libby,
It's not cold. It was in the mid 50s when we got here (not cold for us in March) and is warming up every day.
There are not a lot of tourists here yet. There are lots of flowers. I don't ever want to leave. We are right on the shore. I'll post a photo of the view from our deck later. Right now I am in a little coffee shop hot spot and my husband and our young friend are clawing for a chance to check their Email.
I do miss sewing -- but I'm getting a lot of reading done. We aren't trying to go a lot of places, just relaxing in the sun.
