Has anyone ever had a problem ordering from Marathon thread? I put an order in for supplies over two weeks ago, never recieved it and have written three or four emails to them and have not gotten one reply...is that unusual for them or the norm? thanks much....Ria

There are two Marathon thread locations in the US (that I know of) and one in Canada. One's service is considered to be much better than the other. It may be Marathon Thread West? I can't remember which is which. I have never used it but there are plenty of people who really enjoy the Marathon threads. Look on the site and see if they keep an online track of your order (many sites do). If so you may be able to tell if it was sent and when. Sometimes they'll even have UPS shipping numbers and you can track the shipment through UPS from start to finish. You can also call them on the 800 number and find out what is going on with your order.

Thanks Pam...I usually order my needles etc from them...I finally just got a phone call from them...there was a mixup and the order goes out today...I have never had a problem with them before so this was unusual to not hear from them after 4 emails....I guess the girl who replies to emails was off....well it is all settled out now..and I do not want to give them a bad name..I have never had a problem before so I guess this was a fluke....I love when they give you tracking numbers...especially when you really need the supplies LOL...thanks much....Ria

I knew they were reputable. I had just heard that one was faster than the other. An honest mixup can happen with any good company. Glad they called!
