I have two butterick patterns size 8-10-12, #'s 4858 and 4757. They have been cut out but it looks like they are all in tact. My dad picked them up at an estate sale with a bunch of childrens patterns and all the childrens patterns that where cut where all there. One is a blouse with a big square collar and sleeves or no sleeves. The other is just a regular womans sport jacket with or without pockets. I will send them to the first response I get, since office has stamp machine I will just ship from work for free  Stephi
