I have spent most of the day cleaning and reorganizing my sewing and computer area so that we could squeeze out our patio door and get to the BBQ. I hate cleaning but love BBQing so I guess the compromise is worth it.

Seems like spring is in the air.

Yep. Spring is in the air. All my neighbours raked their lawns today. I didn't do any cleaning or raking but went to a Spring Craft sale. Bought some tulip prints to put on my walls and some to put on my windows. The first festival in Ottawa is the Canadian Tulip Festival scheduled for the beginning of May. Guess I'm just getting in the mood.

Oh Jan--we have friends who just put their home on the market up here and the cleaning and getting ready was a pain! I remember going through that when I sold my house in Alabama..but it was worth it!
I'm know you are excited about the wedding!!

I think when I move I am going to burn the place down behind me. Living here 20 years with a pack rat has taken its toll.

Yeah, Jan, pictures!!

I shudder to think what is packed away in my parent's house (they've been in it 34 years) and even more so, my grandmother's house. My mom is better than my grandmother at de-cluttering but she still has her share of stuff! She sends stuff home with me every time I go down there ...now I am having to declutter!! LOL!!
