Anyone interested in doing a quilting block swap at this time? We are looking at likely a star kind of pattern (PROMISE you it will be easy - all squares and HST).

I'm in. Haven't done stars so this will be good for me. I knew I'd find Debby here-she likes triangles!

And...here's a dumb question because my mind is fried today...HST??? (I'm sure I know what that stands for but darned if I can remember right now.)

Ha Ha, you knew I would be here huh Lyn? Keep an open mind, half square triangles can be your friend, I would be happy to send you some pointers. IF I can do them, believe me anybody can....I saw on another thread you mentioned making a skirt with a zipper, now ZIPPERS scare me  ....and they hate me too...LOL

Brenda, I knew that.......duh!!! LOL

Well, Debby, I can do zippers and I'll take all the hints you can give on the triangles! When someone suggested stars you were the first person I thought of! I'll help with zippers, you help with triangles. Works for me!

I like the idea of everyone doing the same background shade....ie: blue or green or whatever, not a specific fabric.
