I am in need of some help from any Evolve owners.

My machine is new, so this problem could be a user problem and not a machine problem but I have tried everything.

I am trying to do a 3 thread flatlock with no luck. I have tried new needles, new thread, watched the video again and even tried a net on the thread.

According to the video and book when you want a 3 thread flatlock stitch you have to thread the #2 needle thread through the same guide as the upper looper then over to the needle.
The flatlock starts out great but then the looper thread starts to get pulled with the needle thread towards the needle and winds up in a huge knot.

I have even tried threading the #2 needle through it's original guide but then I don't get an flatlock stitch. Has this happened to anyone else....HELP!!
