I know some of you are grandmas and this is upsetting for you to hear but I figured I would up date y'all on my current events!

My parents are taking my husband and I to court for grandparents rights, even though VA does not have any law in effect to this. We has our hearing on tuesday and we will be in actual court on june 5th. The judge kinda rolled his eyes and gave his stenographer/secretary chic a look so I am hoping odds are in our favor :bluesmile we have to hire another lawyer to represent our daughter so the bills are piling for this little act of rebellion my mom has sought out. My lawyer keeps laughing and saying if they win visitation then he will take them to court for sheer stupidity and visitation of thier dog, LOL!! Hes a good guy and is willing to work with us so, just thought I would bring every one up to speed.

You dont need All me children just stop in the Sew-Whats-New forum and catch up!!

I'm sorry for all of you. There are no winners in a family battle like this.

Stephi, I hope things work out for the best. Never really a winner in this type of situation. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I know this is difficult for everyone but the children are the big losers in this situation. Get some counseling and work this out for them. They will love you more for it. My thoughts and prayers are with you and may God bless each and everyone.
