Well we did it. Went to Ohio on a house hunting expedition and bought one! Now to sell the one we have! Can't believe the luck of finding a brand new house just finished that the people couldn't close on and so we jumped on it. I think we're really going to enjoy a bigger house again after downsizing and living in this one for 4 years. I'm trying to get it ready for the agent tomorrow to come and price it for us. We need a quick sale, so pray for that please. I can't wait to get back to where the kids are! I'm so happy!!! |

Thanks Chrys, the real estate agent comes today. We talked to some people on the phone last night from New Jersey who placed an ad in the paper about trying to find a house here. We sent them pics but haven't heard anything from them yet. I'm hoping it will go quickly but home sales here are a bit seasonal. Most of the snowbirds have flown away! On a brighter note the house looks good! It's always so clean right before you leave it. Too bad I can't be this disciplined all the time. |
