I have a c.d. in Pes format that I'm trying to open for my Janome mahine. I've tried all ways and there is just nothing that's opening up. I have the digitizer 1000 that is my converting program. What am I doing wrong? buttons |

This is a wild guess because I don't have your software. In my software, the default is one format. To open another format and convert it to the primary format, I have to change something in the file where I open them. (Sorry, computers are not really my thing.) When I go to file, open and select the location where my designs are located, in this way a disk reader, as the window comes up that would allow me to select the design I have a place where I can tell it to open specific design types or any design formats. You might look to see if you have something similar. I usually just tell it to open all formats and then I choose the design. When it opens, it opens and converts into my default format.

YOu could always download the trial version of Embird, open them up and convert them that way.

I have Janome 11000 .. I use Digitizer Pro to open any format after I unzip the folders .. What I did was .. when the pop-up box opens to choose the design you want ..click on the down arrow key at the bottom then scroll down to the last one listed and check "open all files" Hope this helps you!
