Hello, I own a home-based alteration business and have been considering a portable blind-stitch machine.
do any of you have one??? What brand is it and what do you like/dislike about it.
Because I am a little low on resources, it would have to be pretty inexpensive... Let me know what advice you all have!
Do all to the glory of God!

If you'll do a search of the archives, Tom Land and some others have a very good thread here on the blind stitch machines, including his opinions about brands (and others' opnions too).

I think blindhemmers were discussed in the forum section on PatternReview just recently if you are interested in searching out the discussion thread. The curved needle machines were considered the best as I remember. A couple of brands were mentioned as good ones and a certain model of one brand was not considered as good.
