Hello, everyone. I am a new member and just wanted to say "hello" and tell you a little about myself. My name is Linda and I am a doll maker and doll pattern designer. I've been sewing for over 40 years now and definitely belong in your "Middle Aged Spread" section. In fact, I recently designed a new series of doll patterns called "My Gray Is Beautiful Series" and it's to honor all the graying aging baby boomers out there like me. I've been married for 25 years to my wonderful husband. We have 6 grandchildren. Two sets of twins. Twin grandaughters soon to be 21 and twin grandsons 1 1/2 years old. Two other grandsons - one soon to be 16 and our grandson whom I like to call "My Noodles" who is 6. Our home is currently ruled by our Cairn Terrier. He thinks he's a king. Here's a little more about me and my websites: I have two main websites: Linda Walsh Originals (http://lindawalshoriginals.com) where I sell "Doll Patterns for Grown- up Girls!" and Linda Walsh Originals Dolls (http://lindawalshoriginalsdolls.com) where I sell "Handmade Dolls & Crafts for Grown-up Girls!" I also have two blogs: My main blog is called "Linda's Blog (http://lindawalshoriginals.blogspot.com)". My other blog is called "DOLLS Blog (http://dollsbylindawalshoriginals.blogspot.com)" . I also have two plugboards that I run to help other small business owners plug their websites. They are "The Dollie and Crafts Plugboard" at http://lindasdollieplugboard.blogspot.com and "Crafting for All" plugboard at http://craftsatlindawalshoriginals.blogspot.com . I am new too within the last few weeks. This is the best forum I have ever been too. I plan to stick around a longggg time. Your doll creations are great. Wish my daughter(s) were still into dolls.
