I am in the midst of making a nice jacket from some floral linen. Pale blue with darker blue flowers and a touch of yucky yellow. However, I just happen to have some gold/carmel colored hemp for pants that really downplays the yellow in the jacket. They work perfectly together. The jacket is blue jean style with pocket flaps, cuffs, collar and topstitching. It is going to be nice. McCalls 4385. I think the pants will be from Textile Studio, Soho pant. I love that pattern, I've made them a few times already. I have got to stop making jackets, I don't need anymore.
