Insert for Airlift Cabinet ~Does anyone know of a business that will make an insert for less than $45? I have a Horn cabinet and a Pfaff Machine.

Doesn't Horn make one for the Phaff , or is that what they are chargeing ? I have a Horn cabinet with the air lift & have the insert for my Janome. I don't use it as I have the embroidery machine & I just set my machine on the platform & it goes to the perfect height. I also use the Tilt'able to set it at the angle I want. The tilt'able may be all you need. Also, do you have a lucite place near you ? They can make you an insert as long as you have the correct dimensions you need. I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your machine. Someone else might be able to help you out better than me.

Thanks for your help. I did get an insert with my table but have since gotten a new machine. Horn charges $50 and I found a website that charges $45. So I'm just asking around before I pay $45 or $50 for a piece of plastic. What is lucite? and is Tilt'able a Horn cabinet accessory?

That price sounds about right. Tiltable is a whole different thing made by a different company.
Have fun or don't do it, Tom
