I hope I'm putting this post in the right category. On June 2 I ordered some fat quarters from this shop http://thequiltingbeetexas.com/. I've ordered from them several times before with no problems.

I got the usual automated confirming email on my order. Have not heard another word from them. My bank account has been charged for these items. I've emailed several times (no response back). I called the phone number listed on their site and the phone just rings, and rings (no answering machine).

Has anyone else dealt with them, or run into this situation before? I've been shopping online for several years and this is the first time this has ever happened.

Thanks ..........Donna

I haven't ordered at their site, but have you been calling during THEIR business hours ??? They're on CENTRAL time. 2 hrs ahead of you. (if you call at 9 am your time it's 11 central.) they show business hrs of 9 am - 3 pm central. I'd try calling for you, but it's too late here. (I'm central too...)

Hi Chrys. Yes, I've been calling during their work hours. We have DSL here at work and I can call anywhere in the US for free. Tried again this morning, phone just kept ringing.

Donna, do you suppose they may have closed due to holidays? One never knows how large some of these companies are and what is automated and what not. I ordered something once (from somewhere else) and that was the case. When I got a reponse they were terribly apologetic. As you have had success with the company before, perhaps this is the case.

I saw that sale posted on their website and will call for sure on Friday. Several months ago they went on vacation for a week, but posted that on their site, stating they would fill orders when they got back. However, I don't see anything like that on there now.

I'll sure post if I hear anything from them. Thanks.

 Hi all. Got an email this morning from the shop. The owner apologized for the delay in shipping and gave me a free upgrade to priority mail shipping.

All's well that ends well .... LOL.
