I am hoping that someone can help me. I am very confused about the Ottobre Design magazine. First - Do the magazines come in English? Also - I am having a very, very hard time trying to find one. I e-mailed the company but have not heard back. I have gone to our local Borders and Barnes and Noble, looked on Amazon, called the local JoAnn's (Oklahoma City) - no luck what so ever. I positively love the 3/06 issue that I have seen on-line. I have seen posts where others have used the patterns and the outfits are just precious!!! Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi There,

Ottobre magazine is not available in your local craft stores. It does come in English if you request it that way. There is an Ottobre retailer here in the US. , you can order it from this site http://www.sewzannesfabrics.com/ottobre.html or here : http://www.karenfaylor.com/id89.html
, or you can ebay go on Ebay and make a search for Ottobre and you will see some back orders available as well. Hope that helped.

I just went to google and put in ottobre - went to the actual website, then selected english. I only wanted to get 1 issue, so after perusing around for awhile, I chose the 1 I wanted and ordered it straight from them. It cost me about $15 (including shipping.) They emailed me when the order went thru and told me it would take aobut 2-3 weeks to get here.

If you're unsure of euros to dollars go to google and look up a money exchange calculator - any of them shoud be able to show you how much you would spend (the actual mag was about $10.)

It was actually pretty easy.

Thank you everyone!! I love this board!! I had looked at the website for Ottobre, too, but did not see where you could order straight to the USA - did you go to other continents or am I way off? I will look at all the other sites as soon as I finish this post.
And everyone please keep your fingers crossed - We find out on next Wednesday what our first grandchild will be - and I bet you can guess what I am hoping for!!

Thanks to all!!
