have been feeling kinda yucky for the last few days. I keep joking with my DH that I must have an ulcer since our lives have been nothing but stress these last few months. So I went home for lunch to eat my super yummy left over calzone and I got sick. I said OK I am taking one more Preggy test and I am done. Im preggers!! But we are not telling any family until my appt next wed. I dont think...its my hubbies first so he may not be able to contain himself.

Hay lynn the race is on :-)

Congratulations on this miracle of new life! What a blessing you and DH, your family and all of us have received!

Just think what a miracle any life is, esp human. From 2 itsy-bitsy cells, 9 months of growing and developing, we get a fully 'baby-functional' human! Can you take 2 1/1000's pieces of thread, put them together, and 9 months later have a beautiful garment, inside and out?

I'm still trying to figure how to do that one! :re:

Hope you'll be feeling better soon, Stephi!

I am due early february, and my MIL is totally digging that because her b-day is the 17th.

I do want to thank everyone for the warm wishes. I think I am only going to have morning sickness every 3 days so thats not bad :dave: .

Lynn and you other new mommies and mommies to be you might check out this website I found called www.babiesonline.com they offer tons of free samples. Its cool because they have you fill in what you would like to get and they put them all together and mail them :bg:

I am thinking boy sinc the MS is light and "bearable" if thats the word for it, LOL.

Thanks so much!!!

Yeah, but my morning sickness was much worse with my boys, that may have been a twin thing........ I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a girl this time, I find out in three weeks.

Are you going to find out the gender?

Thanks for the site, I'm looking at it now.

Yes we will definetly know the gender. It drives me nuts when people have showers and you are cluless as to what to get. I had a friend pregger with twins and she didnt want to know that sex(s) I hated it because if it was girls I wanted to make cute matching horse dresses, but if it was boys I wanted to make horse or dump truck jumpers. I was soo mad I ended up waiting until they where born to give her anything. It was girls and she got a gift certificate to babys r us because I was soo irritated. :bg:

So yes I will want to know just because I think its a little rude, especially with your first. Everyone wants to buy you goodies!!!

Our local hospital just had 6 sets of twins born in a 32 hr. time frame. It is a record for them. The only girl set are sisters to my great neice. (Nephews ex girlfriend) she now has 4 girls & she isn't 25 yet. You can see the article here.

Hey congrats from me too! I'm at this end a day over due, been having random contractions since late yesterday afternoon. I'm bored waiting! I thought this being my third it would be the quickest, ha ha ha. Better go do some more walking.

Yeah - MS was much worse with my boys. oh,a nd I prefer not knowing - then I can make whatever I want in green or yellow and know it will get used. I always have to laugh when either people can't find out because the baby won't cooperate (happened to my aunt - they tried 5 times and the little miss absolutely wasn't giving any hints) or when they're all set and out pops the opposite sex. Too funny.
Have luck to you both.
