Butterflyrf71,
I have been involved with family stuff for a week or so.. (Cousins home lost due to lightning and fire).. When I get down like that, I don't get much accomplished, but I am trying to get a package together for you in the next week or so.. When you get it, you can reimburse me for the postage only.. I always have small scraps and cannot bear to throw fabric away.. I'm glad to find a home for some of it..

Just wanted to let everyone know I am still in the market for scraps.

Let me know if you need to unload! Send me a PM with how much you would like for them and I'll send you my info.

I like just about anything. Colors, bright, subtle, soft, and hard. From Black to White, and prints and patterns.

The only thing I am shying away from right now is holiday fabric, as I am just learning and want to do lots of mix n match patchwork.

Thanks!

p.s. Thanks to those that have sent me a package already - I feel so blessed, I am speechless! I've bought totes to organize them all (lol, OCD here), they are all stacked up in their little shelf spaces by color. I just sit when I get a package and spend an hour (ok, two) looking at and feeling the fabric. I know - I sound insane! But it's really special to me.

If anyone has an extra scraps that Butterfly doesn't want, send them to me. I lost all mine when I moved--apparently the movers didn't think I was serious when I said I wanted EVERYTHING from my sewing room., because my 5-drawer chest was empty when it arrived here in Friendswood. It had been JAMMED with scraps. The chest was about 48" high, 12"x18", with 5 drawers. No scraps anywhere! I'll take any size, 1"x2" and on up! Just let me know how much and your mailing address, and I'll send my snail mail address. MariLynntex

Wow, the movers should have emptied the drawers and packed everything into boxes (I have a friend that is professional mover).

Any chance there is a box or two you haven't unpacked yet?

The moving company may be liable for the missing items, most of them are insured.

I would call them, if you haven't yet. Wouldn't it be great if they paid you for the loss and you could go buy all new fabric!

I have been recently blessed with several packages, and have one more exchange in the works in the next few weeks. This should give me all I need.

Marilynntex needs them more now than I do.

Thanks to everyone that offered and sent scraps. May my quilts reflect a little piece of each of you!

Blessings,

Robin
