In a local paper there was a picture of the newest sundress for this season. It had smocking across the bustline. Very feminine. The dress fell into a full, flowy wave of floral and lace cotton. The smocking ended just below the bust and had narrow straps. Feminine and I think it would look nice on any figure type.
