WE ACCEPTED AN OFFER ON OUR HOUSE LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FOR THE FULL PRICE WE WERE ASKING!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems the realtor had been working with this couple since November. They're pre-approved for their mortgage - we just have to pass the buyer's house inspection. My FIL (who's a realtor) said that's where most house deals fall through. I'll just keep praying to the St. Joseph that's buried in our yard.
I prayed to St. Andrew to "find" us a buyer (the patron saint of lost things); I've always believed in the power of prayer even when it's not the answer we were waiting for.

Everytime I spoke with our realtor she would say, "Keep praying to St. Joseph" - I guess he's a sort of patron saint for home sellers. After we signed the papers to list our house, we received this little kit for putting the statue in the ground and it came with a little prayer to say.
Needless to say, I prayed to many more than just St. Joseph - and am still praying until we close on the house.

Good news for you - I have cats buried in my garden - do you suppose that would help?
