My friend is thinking of using it for her bridesmaid dresses, and the sites I've checked so far don't even know what I'm talking about. Ticia |

You may want to try Walmart if you have one nearby - that is where I bought mine.

I'll try the Dharma site, unfortunately they only have white and natural...... My friend wants off white (and now that she's not here.....), and I think that color is just not going to happen in the shade she wants. That was my first thought because that is where I got mine. Unfortunately, our local Wal-Mart is out, and the sales lady says they can't order more unless they have the bolt to order from. Yeah, that didn't make much sense to me either, but oh well. Ticia |

They need the bolt for the number to order more - they don't keep computerized inventory on fabric. The orderer usually has a handwritten book of things that sell well and they really only reorder that stuff (keeps the prices down). Is "natural" off white? Usually its like an ivory off-white color. The tea dying would be good because you could do swatches until it was the exact color she wants. You could make it into a 'tea-party" Hah!!! By the way, what on earth is Bubble gauze anyway? Any pics?never heard of it. Have luck! Brandy~ |

That's what I thought of, is tea-dying it, but she's wanting close to the ivory color if she can. I don't know quite how or what I'll find. Bubble gauze is similar to the material broomstick skirts are made out of. It's apparently a really popular fabric right now for all of those tunices, because when I tried to do a search that's mostly what I found. Ticia |

Pucktricks - Guess what - I HAVE THE BOLT for the off white bubble gauze from Walmart. I took the last they had a month ago and the bolt too! PM me - I'll send you a pic of the bolt end and the color of the fabric - or I'll mail them both to you - you need it more than I do!
