Great story. I'm going to send the link to my husband. He works with kids that get in trouble and have to do community service. Maybe he can find someone to start something like that for some of his kids. You know some of them will get a lifetime of joy from quilting and sewing that they learned about this way.

I love to hear about the teens doing good. If you are looking for places for teens to volunteer check out your local Zoo. My Dd is helping there this summer & having a ball. Even when she has to shovel the ostrich cage. The penguins are her favorite.

Thanks for posting that about the teens. There are more good teens than bad teens in this world but it's just that the bad teens generate more news.
