I am new at this and was needing some information. I am wanting to make a log cabin quilt. I was wanting to know if someone could tell me about how much material I need. The last time I did one was over a year ago and my friend had cut everything out for me from some material she had and sewed a square together for me so all I had to do was copy it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't know how many different materials I need. I am really not very good at this and maybe I am getting in over my head. :nc:

Thanks for your help
