i've been trying to download some designs i've purchased from kennykreations which are for my janome 11000, every time i try to view them my computer tells me i can't can anyone help? i have'nt got customiser 11000 but do have customiser10000 will that make the difference? :mad:

You SAVE them, not open them...then Unzip the file. (www.winzip.com) or Embird, BuzzTools/BuzzXplore. Store it in your Customizer and THEN open it and send it to your machine, USB or flashcard.
Make sure you're getting .jef format.
